I’m a Coach

One thing about me is I love nature. I think I need at least 30 minutes per day outside to be properly regulated. Obviously, I feel better after soaking in Vitamin D from the sun, but something about fresh air… refreshes me.

I am overjoyed to have an excuse to be outside often. From March-May I get to be a lacrosse coach to high school girls, standing outdoors for 2 hours straight. I haven’t fit into a role so well. I love being involved in my favorite sport and supporting young women! I look forward to every hour I get to spend coaching. I probably manifested this, because I was asked to be a volleyball AND swim coach for the same school. I am so lucky to be chosen as a coach.

I am so lucky to walk 20 minutes to and from the subway station and school, soaking in the outdoors. Hearing the birds sing. Watching the squirrels run up trees. I understand what they mean when they say nature is serene. When I’m in nature, I finally can sit still. When I am coaching I finally feel comfortable.
