Habits
I am blogging right now. It’s a routine I am trying to integrate into my everyday. I have found that in order for me to feel successful, I need to be productive. And to be productive, I need routines. And for routines, I need habits.
Of course there is science behind writing down your thoughts. It is proven to physically make us feel better. Interesting… because thoughts become things. I choose to blog about random things because why not. My thoughts may never convince you to do one thing or the other, but hopefully they’re entertaining. I guess I am forcing myself to be entertained anyways.
